Inspection Service

The Leary Construction Co., Inc. provides various types of inspections
of your water tank to determine what maintenance and/or repair
needs you may have. From a visual inspection to providing a
complete wash out service which comes with a written report on
interior and exterior conditions along with pictures taken
at time of inspection.

Painting

Leary Construction offers two types of painting.

NO-OX-ID
Coatings provide Economical Protection because of:
1. Low Initial Costs
2. Single Coat Application
3. Minimum "Out of Service" Time
4. One Scaffolding Operation
5. Easily Applied Under a Wide Range Of Conditions
6. Low Maintenance Cost

These are heavy-duty wax-type rust preventatives, highly resistant to moisture penetration,
with positive bonding character. They provide a flexible film for long time protection

EPOXY

1. Number of Components ... Two- Part A and Part B
2. Number of Coats ... Two with Final Dry Film Thickness of 8 to 12 mils
3. Curing Time ... 7 to 10 days from Completion of Job
4. We Return to Close Up Tank and Chlorinate Before Returning to Service

All our Interior Coatings Conform to
NSF STANDARD #61

This includes NO-OX-ID Special and our Epoxy Coatings
